A 30 second commercial promoting Poorman’s Heating and Air quality heating services.
This spot was inspired by the book Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel by Virginia Lee Burton. My Grandmother used to read this book to me when I was a child.
This commercial was a lot of fun to shoot. The child’s bedroom was created from scratch to give the commercial a consistent look.
Since this commercial was produced in August, the opening shot with the snow had to be created in After Effects. The “Train” in the basement took a great deal of Photoshop and After Effects work to get just right.
